Why modular
A smarter way to build
Less time on site
Your home is built while the site is prepared, so there's far less time with trades on your block.
Built under cover
Framing, linings and fit-out happen off-site, protected from rain, wind and summer heat.
Suits regional blocks
Ideal where local trades are scarce. Most of the build arrives on the truck.
Clear pricing
A detailed written quote covering the home, delivery and site works before anything starts.
Designed to suit
Choose a standard layout or have one designed around your block and how you live.
Carpentry in-house
Our background is carpentry, so the finishing details are done properly.
FAQ
Common questions
What does the price include?
Every quote is itemised so you can see exactly what's covered, including the home, transport, installation and site works. Anything not included is listed clearly.
What site works are needed?
Usually footings, service connections (power, water, sewer or septic) and access for delivery. We assess your site before quoting.
Can my block take a modular home?
Most can. We check truck and crane access, slope, soil and services during the site assessment.
Who handles approvals?
We prepare the plans and guide you through the building permit, and development approval where your council requires it.
