Modular Homes
Full-size family homes built in modules off-site, then delivered and installed on your block.
What's included
A modular home is built to the same standards as any other house, but most of the work happens off-site. That means less weather delay, less time on site, and a straightforward option for rural and regional blocks where trades are hard to get.

FAQ
Common questions
Is a modular home as good as a standard build?
A modular home must meet the same National Construction Code and building approval requirements as an on-site build. The difference is where it's built, not the standard it's built to.
Can you build on rural land?
Yes. Modular is well suited to rural and regional blocks because most of the work is done before the home arrives. Access for trucks and cranes is checked during site assessment.
How long does it take?
It depends on approvals, design and site works. Because the build and the site preparation can happen at the same time, modular is usually quicker than a comparable on-site build.
