Common questions
Will I need a building permit?
Roofed patios and carports usually need a permit in WA. Open pergolas are often exempt. We'll confirm with your shire.
Can it attach to the house?
Yes. We fix to the fascia or wall where the existing structure can carry it, or build freestanding where it can't.
Treated pine or hardwood?
Treated pine is the most economical and takes paint well. Hardwood costs more but looks great left natural.
